Brookfield texture analysers offer an easy, accurate way to determine the characteristics of cheese and other dairy products

The LFRA texture analyser is a low-cost, high specification and versatile instrument that uses compression to determine the properties of dairy products such as yoghurts, butter and cheese in applications from research and development and new product development to process control and quality control.

The QTS 25 texture analyser is supplied with a range of probes and accessories for routine and specialist sample testing, enabling operators to measure the real-life characteristics of various types of dairy products.

Both instruments can be operated as stand-alone units or fully computer driven using the TexturePro software. They also available with a range of jigs.
