Trickle-down effect

Brown's time has finally come, with the long-awaited chance to turn the Houses of Parliament upside down. Or has it?

For now, the 'brown' in question is only a brown sauce: HP from Heinz. The classic graphics, complete with Big Ben, have now been transferred to a 450g 'top-down' squeezable bottle, currently produced by Alpla. This follows a similar treatment for Heinz Tomato Ketchup.

Heinz says consumers have shown they are willing to pay a premium for this more convenient format. The HP brand will benefit from £4M marketing support this year.
