Duckling-based dishes are on the menu at Silver Hill Foods, which supplies to the food and retail sectors.

All hand-prepared at the company's County Monaghan farm in Ireland, new dishes include ready-to-cook duck breasts with a maple and mustard glaze or an orange crust. Slow-cooked convenience products are also available, such as ginger and lemongrass duck legs and the honey roast half duck.
