Dorset-based dairy, food and beverage engineer, Carlisle Process Systems (CPS), has been acquired by Tetra Pak.
The company becomes part of Tetra Pak's Dairy Food and Beverage division, but will continue to serve existing customers from its Sherborne site under the CPS name.
