Welsh firm Castell Howell Foods has launched its brand new Gourmet Range. Welsh food forms the core with red meat and dairy produce prominent. Celtic Pride Welsh premium beef and cuts of Welsh lamb also feature.
Company director Chris Dennis says: "Wales' growing reputation for fine food and eating-out establishments continues to grow at an increasing pace and it is encouraging that local suppliers have responded to market demands."
