Providing effective and innovative concepts for sandwiches, salads, snacks and soups, as well as ready meals, rice, bread and fast food, is a natural progression for the Patak's business."

Patak's has developed a range of pastes to help manufacturers develop innovative and authentic recipe ideas. Whether its for spicing up ready meals, sauces, soups, sandwich fillings or even pizza toppings, Patak's has products to offer.

The pastes have been created using secret spice blend recipes, giving each variety its distinct, flavour. All spices are made using the finest ingredients and production is controlled to ensure the best flavours are delivered.

Patak's team of chefs, led by Meena Pathak, continually strive to develop new ideas and flavours to help manufacturers bring inspiration to product development.

For example, Patak's says its Goan Paste - with hot chillies and spices - delivers a deliciously rich aroma synonymous with the traditional flavours of Goa, on India's west coast.
