A range of palm oil-free emulsifiers designed for a wide range of products has been launched by Thew Arnott.

Developed by Spanish company Lasenor, the palm oil-free emulsifiers are aimed at a broad spectrum of food applications, such as bakery, confectionery, yellow fats, gum base and snacks.

‘Sustainably-sourced ingredients’

The launch is a stride towards helping the food industry achieve its “ultimate desire for sustainably-sourced ingredients without compromising on performance or functionality”​, according to the supplier.

Founded in 1864, Thew Arnott has a head office in Wallington, Surrey.
