Innovation conference
Meanwhile, innovation in food and drink will be the focus of a one-day conference on March 17 2016, staged by the Food Manufacture Group.
The event – New Frontiers in Food and Drink – will be take place at etc.venues, St Pauls, London.
Speakers will include Graze’s supply chain director Tom Carroll, Food Innovation Solutions’ director and innovator Stefan Cosser and 3D food printing expert Michael Petch.
