The Best new use of food ingredients, Supply chain initiative of the year, Training programme of the year, SME innovation of the year and Judges star performer were also recognised.

Young talent of the year​

Meanwhile, honouring contributions to the UK food and drink manufacturing sector at both ends of the spectrum, awards were made for the Personality of the year and the Young talent of the year.
