Perween Warsi is a worthy recipient of Food Manufacture's Personality of the Year Award. Not only is she an astute businesswoman in her own right, she is also a doughty champion of women in business. Warsi is no stranger to awards. She received an MBE in 1997, followed by a CBE in 2002 for her business and public activities, both nationally and within her local community.
So it is most fitting that she should now receive recognition from her peers in the food and drink sector.
