FDF appoints Jim Moseley as president

The Food and Drink Federation has appointed Jim Moseley as its new president from January 2011, when he will replace Ross Warburton.

Moseley is md of General Mills UK, Ireland and the Nordic markets and deputy president of trade association the FDF; he chairs its Food Safety and Scientific steering group and is a UK representative at the European trade association the CIAA.

Said Moseley: “During my presidency I want to build on Ross's achievements, in raising the profile of our important sector and working in partnership with government to ensure that the future success of our industry."
