Glass wins on flavour neutrality, says new poll

01-Jun-2011 - Flavour preservation along with a ‘healthy and safe’ image head the list of reasons why consumers favour glass packaging, according to research for the European Container Glass Federation. The InSites consultancy polled consumers in 17 European countries. “UK consumers are not as passionate about glass as others, but the preference is still clear,” argued senior research manager Dennis Claus.
