Young families are ‘key to growth’

Heinz has introduced three new additions to its Kids Pasta range, including two licensed brands: ‘Hello Kitty’ and ‘Madagascar’ pasta shapes and Pizza Flavoured Tortellini.

Heinz is driving the growth of Total Kids Shapes year-on-year with a total of 76% of value and 72% of volume sales.

Catherine Allen, brand manager, Heinz kids & pasta meals said: "Young families are the largest shopper group in this category, so ensuring we have a relevant range with on-trend licences is key to growth here."
