New curry hit for fast-food lovers

Takeaways have traditionally met the demand for a late-night curry ‘hit’ with tubs of gravy.


Snowbird Foods decided to create a curry sausage that delivers the heat and flavour of a good curry without the mess.

"Tubs can be too hot to handle and dipping a chip into the mixture makes drips inevitable," said Snowbird sales director, Roy Anderson.

The sausages come in two sizes and meet Food Standards Agency fat and salt targets.

The recipe includes beef, rusk, oil, spices, garlic powder, herbs and wheat flour.
