When their North Yorkshire pub's business "took a beating" last winter, Jan and Geoff Smith decided to launch a range inspired by recipes from Geoff, who is the pub's chef.
"Customers would ask us to make soufflés that they could heat up at home for their dinner party, and Smithy's Soufflés evolved from that," said Jan.
"If more people are eating at home, we may as well take advantage of that trend."
