Famous for its traditional botanically brewed soft drinks, Fentiman’s has created its first alcoholic beverage: Hollows Superior Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
Hollows is still brewed according to century-old slow fermentation and botanical brewing methods, which combine herbs, sugar and brewer's yeast. Thomas Fentiman gave the secret family recipe away with his daughter's hand in marriage to John Hollows in 1906.
