AEW Delford Systems' TS250 modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) tray sealer has been designed for fresh produce, meat, fish and ready meals.
A range of trays in a choice of one-, two-, or four-up configurations can be handled and, thanks to a lane divider, trays can be loaded from a feed conveyor into the multi-configuration sealing carousel automatically.
The TS250 runs at up to 15 cycles a minute (60 packs a minute) -- even faster for non-MAP requirements.
