Slicing and dicing technology specialist, Holac produces machines that can cube, strip, shred or flake all types of fresh and frozen meat and cheese products. Yields can be improved with consistently sized pieces, from 3mm to 55mm. Reiser offers a wide range of Holac equipment, from stand-alone machines to fully automated lines.
Smaller applications can benefit from the compact Cubixx and its cheese counterpart the Cheesixx, which are flexible multi-purpose machines. Larger producers can upgrade to the semi-automatic HA or fully automatic VA lines.
The most recently updated models include the AUT 30, which features a multi-functional infeed and is suited for larger applications. Product can be loaded by hand, or with an integrated lift/tilt, or via conveyor belts. Using Holac's novel 'P' frame to produce clean, precise, uniform cubes, it can process loose or pre-formed products and blocks and can produce up to 2,800kg/h of cubes, slices, flakes, or strips from meat, poultry, seafood, and cheese.
The Holac AUT 200 is Holac's largest cheese cutting machine. It combines high performance and flexible use.
For boneless and bone-in slicing, the 28CT (pictured) offers increased throughput compared with earlier models. It is fully programmable and its superior cutting eliminates wastage and improves appearance, improving yield and resulting in tangible cost savings for processors.
