Sartorius has developed the SartoSure software package for use in pack houses, ready meal production plants, portion control applications, and other environments in which manual checkweighing is carried out.
The product has a supervisor-controlled remote scale set-up which is monitored continuously on a central PC, offering real-time management and control.
With a network capacity of 128 scales, SartoSure can store up to 2000 individual products within a product record that includes quantity, tolerance limits, tare weight, and the minimum number of samples per batch. To reduce give-away the software monitors the weighing trends and adjusts limits automatically.
