Stand-alone, wheel-out spiral mixers from Eurobake are designed for food processors and bakers seeking short mixing times, intense mixing of various doughs, batters, and mixes, and ease of unloading.

The Kemper range includes the ECO series of mixers and PRO spiral mixers for arduous conditions.

Designed specifically for high dough yield requirements, the ECO products are available in multi-speed versions -- from 60rpm to 400rpm.

The requirements of larger food processors and industrial bakeries are met by the PRO equipment -- heavy-duty spiral mixers with wheel-out bowls which are designed to handle long fermentation doughs and firm pastes. The increased bearing size, double frictional wheel drive bowl system, and upgraded power are stated to ensure effective, intensive mixing and beating.
