The latest addition to the Urschel line of dicers, the Sprint 2, builds on the technology of the DiversaCut Sprint dicer and is inspired by its Model G.

Accepting infeed products of up to 16.51cm in any dimension, the dicer completely separates the food zone from its mechanical zone.

It is available in two versions – with and without a built-in conveyor.

Components include a new dial-in slice knob to lock-in close tolerances; a compact cutting zone that smoothly transitions cut product to attain increased cut quality; and lubrication points fully accessible on the exterior of the machine.

The Sprint 2 non-conveyor version offers a lower cost alternative compared with the conveyor version.

Motor options include: 1.1kW or 2.2kW equipped with soft start, or 2.2kW equipped with variable frequency drive.

The Sprint 2 conveyor version features a built-in conveyor to optimise controlled, complete discharge of product to reduce waste.

One motor drives both the cutting parts and the conveyor.
