Cold store rental provider gains new ISO standards

Related tags Quality management system

Blue Cube Portable Cold Stores, a supplier of rental temperature controlled storage for food, has achieved accreditation to the ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management standards.

Both standards were revised in 2015 so that leadership and continuous improvement are now brought into the heart of an organisation, offering more flexibility than was possible with the previous standards.

“We are delighted to gain the new ISO standards, which further demonstrate Blue Cube’s ability to meet the changing needs of our customers,” says Steve Blakemore, Blue Cube’s md.

Established in 2009, Staffordshire-based Blue Cube Portable Cold Stores offers a wide range of technologically advanced, eco-friendly temperature controlled storage systems, including: blast freezers, blast chillers, portable cold stores and tempering units.

The company provides both standard and bespoke rental systems to suit individual performance and budgetary requirements.
