Pork pies are losing out to sausage rolls in the popularity stakes, according to a new report by the British Pig Executive (BPEX).
The report showed that annual UK sales of pork pies fell slightly in 2004 to £165.6m while sales of sausage rolls increased by 11% to £117.8m.
