The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT) has celebrated the best in the business in its annual awards.
Independent consultant and former SOFHT chairman Neil Griffiths was presented with the Most Significant Contribution Award. Food Hygiene Matters was awarded Company of the Year with fewer than 100 employees.
