The Food and Drink Federation (FDF) has adopted a new identity and moved to new headquarters in central London.

The federation’s new identity incorporates new colours, moving from red to blues, and the tag line, ‘Passionate about food and drink’, which was to be found in the “DNA” of its members.

The Scottish Food and Drink Federation has been rebranded as FDF Scotland and will have a new logo to reflect the change. FDF Scotland’s colour palette will remain the same and its web will change to www.fdfscotland.org.uk

Rrebranded as FDF Scotland

After more than 20 years based in Catherine Street in London’s Covent Garden, the FDF has moved to Bloomsbury Way, between Holborn and Tottenham Court Road tube stations.

FDF director general Ian Wright described the move as “an important milestone for FDF”. The new, open-plan offices will encourage collaborative working, he said.

“Since I became DG [director general] 18 months ago, FDF has been transforming itself to ensure we can fulfil our ambition to be the most effective business representative organisation,” said Wright. The new identity and office move was “a substantial step towards that”, he said.
