The operator of a rendering plant that handles poultry waste from East Anglian processors has been fined £9,000.
Smells from John Clarke's plant near Stowmarket, Suffolk, brought complaints from residents last summer and in January he was found to have breached a public nuisance order. The plant recently invested £100,000 to improve efficiency.
