A group of 185 UK food manufacturers have been named as the fastest risers in the industry in a study by analyst Plimsoll Publishing.
The companies' average growths of 18%, outstripped the 3% average for the industry as a whole. The top companies include big names such as Quaker Oats, Cranswick, and Tilda, as well as smaller firms, such as Key Country Foods, Flagship Foods, Studleigh-Royd, and Katsouris (Fresh Foods).
