The European Commission (EC) has published three guidance documents to help food companies understand new European Union (EU) food safety hygiene rules.
The documents are available on the EC website http://www.europa.eu.int and cover the hygiene of foodstuffs and food of animal origin as well as procedures based on the EU principals of hazard analysis critical control points.
