Chief executive of Arla Foods Neil Davidson will retire from the company on September 30.
Davidson will oversee the final stages of integration between the former Express Dairies and Arla Foods businesses before he goes.
The non-executive director Kim Nielsen will also leave the company and the Arla board on April 30.
